Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it. As I all products are handmade, please allow 3-5 days for production. After production your order will be shipped based on your shipping method chosen.

UK: After production, shipping will take 3-5 working days for delivery.

Shipping options & Fees: We offer two shipping options to choose from:

Tracked 48 Hours: £2.90

Tracked 24 Hours: £3.90

Order Tracking: Once order has dispatch, your will receive a tracking number via email. You can use the number to track the status of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@blossom.petalsco.com as soon as possible. For standard shipping, we will work withe your to resolve the issue, but please note that wee cannot offer compensation for lost or damaged items under this option.
